Chihuahuas often have a bad rap for being nippy neurotic napoleons. Not Cesar! He's a love bug who has been through a lot but still wags his tale, licks your nose, and wants to be in your lap! Cesar likes other dogs and actually was found by Animal Control with three other chihuahuas in a hamster cage in a shed. He's a dream dog in miniature! Be sure to ask about Cesar soon.
