Helping Chained-Up and Neglected Dogs
 

As pack animals who crave and need companionship, dogs should not be relegated to spend hours chained or tethered.  Unfortunately, a recent Maryland government bill to place limits on chaining up dogs was not passed.  But no matter where you live, there are ways to make life better for neglected and mistreated companion animals.  Here's one article, which contains
